Good and gracious God, You alone know my weakness and frailty. Lord, I thank You for being a loving and merciful Savior, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and mercy. Deliver me from that which troubles me which is not of You. Help me resist the passions which make me unstable and weak. In Your precious name, Jesus, I pray. Amen.
