June 22 - 28, 2014

Lord, although difficulties abound in my life and around me, help me to rejoice in the knowledge that You are always with me, enabling me to cope with all circumstances. June 15 - 21, 2014

Heavenly Father, how incredible it is that You, our God, would call us Your children? Father, sometimes we struggle to understand what this all means, especially those of us who have been wounded by our earthly father. May we always view Your incredible love and compassion for us in light of what You did for us by sending Your only Son to die for us. Father, Your adoption of us speaks to Your love and desire for us to spend an eternity with You -- the greatest Father of all; and You even say that we can call You “Daddy”. Lord, help our earthly fathers to be more like You and help us to give them the honor that’s due them. This I pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.

O God of perfect healing, You alone know the wounds of heart and soul. The pains of mind and body that keep me from surrendering all to You. Let Your healing presence soothe my wounded heart, refresh my weary soul, relieve my burdened mind and heal my pain-filled body. Father, grant to Your hurting child the healing that flows from Your perfect love for me. Draw me unto Your perfection and make me whole. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
