Oct. 26 - Nov. 1, 2014

Holy Lord, thank You that when I come into Your presence, I need not fear evil, darkness or anything in the world around me. In You is light and no darkness at all! Thank You for that message from Your Word to me. Help me to declare it to the world around me that abides in darkness without fear or apology and always with love. Finally Father, I ask you to help me to always walk in Your light and to forsake any path that may lead me or others away from You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Oct. 19 - 25, 2014

O Lord, my God and my Redeemer, blessed is Your holy name. Mighty are Your deeds among men and great is Your faithfulness. You lift up the lowly and bring down the haughty. Your ways are high above the thoughts and wisdom of man. You prepare me a table before my enemies, and cause my cup to overflow. Though I may walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will not fear evil because I am comforted by Your strength and led by Your hand. You provide for my every need and I am grateful. My life is in Your hands and I seek to align my will to Your purpose. Guide me in Your ways and lead me through Your plan for redemption. Oh Lord my God and my Redeemer, blessed is Your holy name. Oct. 12 - 18, 2014

Father, thank You for Your promise that You are with me always. Even when I do not understand Your purposes in my circumstances, You are there. Through the storms of life I hold on to Your promises and I will see Your mighty loving hand at work. I praise You, God, because Your Word is true and You are faithful. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

O Lord, of power and grace, my heart is in Your Hands. Your blood, Your presence and the cross is the place where truth and mercy meet. You have removed the darkness of discouragement, fear and doubt. Let the cleansing waters of Your grace wash away all traces of sin in me. Deliver me, my Lord, from all that is not of You because by Your Holy Cross You have redeemed me, in Your name, my Jesus, I pray. Amen.
